Wednesday, August 19, 2009 — A YOUTH OCCASION – Teen-agers, young adults and their parents come together at the Cleveland Heights Public Library; 2345 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. — for open honest conversations about:  choosing friends, healthy relationships, resolving conflicts in positive ways, being real about sexual issues, things we do that affect us for a lifetime, what do we need to know when we first get to college or back to high school and what parents can do to help their older teens and young adults navigate the transition to adulthood.  There will be a youth panel discussion, refreshments, prizes and more!

A 10-week comprehensive course for singles.  You put your time, energy and money in a lot of things.  Now invest your resources in your SELF!

Dasi, co-directors of the Dasi-Ziyad Family Institute, will be featured speakers at a panel discussion about interracial and intercultural relationships on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m at Wooster College, 1189 Beall Avenue, Wooster, OH 44691.  The forum will be held at the Lowry Center, the main student building on campus.  The public is invited to participate in this exciting discussion hosted by the Men of Harambee.
