A 10-week comprehensive course for singles. You put your time, energy and money in a lot of things. Now invest your resources in your SELF!

- Learn to release old baggage that blocks your successful relationships
- Explore what makes you uniquely you and what gifts you bring to any relationship
- Create a vision for your future goals; Prepare yourself for healthy relationships!
- Learn and practice simple, yet highly effective Communication and Conflict Resolution skills and other Healthy Relationship Skills
- Identify your personal values and the values you should look for to form healthy relationships
- Evaluate what it means to be a woman and what men want women to know
- Evaluate what it means to be a man and what women want men to know
